What happend in the guest account incident?
Hi, the past days there was an popup when trying to log into he game. I never thought much of it but on unknowncheats there was a method for a short time that involved this bug where anyone was able to log into an old account just by creating an new guest account??
Is this fixed and how to tell none of my accounts are affected?

Is It Possible to Recover a PUBG Mobile Account Inactive for Over 6 Months?
The PUBG Mobile account recovery form focuses on information from the last 6 months, raising concerns about whether accounts inactive beyond that timeframe can be recovered. With most questions requiring details from recent activity and no option to indicate inactivity in the past 6 months, can players still recover their stolen accounts if they haven't played during this period?

Is there more information about the likelihood of an account recovery attempt failing?
Hi, most people here are trying to get help with recovering their accounts, so I'd like to know if there is any critical information that is required?
For example, questions 1-5, 8-12 and 14 are the bare minimum and must be filled in.
Many of them ask for information from the last 6 months.
This leads me to the question: am I right in assuming that recovery will not be possible if this period is exceeded?
If recovery is still possible, what exactly needs to be provided? At the moment, I feel that staff do not see this as a serious responsibility, nor do they want to get involved, and are redirecting people to reddit, which is not helping people who are already struggling with basic app interactions, as many posts show that they are completely lost when trying to get help on reddit. I believe this attempt will cause many to give up in frustration and never really get an answer.
With clear boundaries, it would be much easier for community members to help these people by giving them clear information and not raising false hopes. Another benefit would be to free up staff to focus on more important tasks.

Game doesn’t work with Bluetooth headphones
Hi, I have the problem that the game somehow does not allow me to use its build in microphone for the game. Every other app does work. Is this a design error?
I currently play on an iPad with AirPods Pro.
If someone has a fix for this please share it I would appreciate it.

what kind of bans can not be appealed?
Hi, I noticed the moderator responses to banned accounts have shifted from telling people to use the ingame form to bans are per account no matter who used it?
Does that imply that if an account is banned it does not matter what happens beforehand? If yes then a appeal is not possible.
I’d like to know if you even can appeal a 10 year ban or is it just on paper and never done in practice?

Why are all graphic options not available by default?
Hi,
out of curiosity I want to ask why graphic settings are locked on certain devices and have to be approved first?
In my opinion you could unlock everything and give a big warning that this could impact your device? Like 120 fps on max graphics on an 5 years old phone. That would stop all people who think their device could magically run more fps than their display supports from whining every update. They could experience themself that that results in crashes.
Or has this something to do with AppStore policy that prevents crashing?

Any iPad Pro (4/6 Gen) to iPad Pro M4 player experiences?
Hi,
currently I am looking forward to the 120 FPS update. Now I am interested if there is an increase in noticable performace between the iPad M2 to the iPad M4.
On paper there is one, so I'm looking for someone who made the switch form exactly these devices as only they can tell if they experience less lag in hotdrops and when loading new enemys.

data request form outdated, what should be provided for a smooth process?
Hi, I wanted to request a copy of the data PUBG mobile has stored/collected about me. Now I went to https://www.pubgmobile.com/datasubject/ and have a few questions:
1. “Name of Data Subject”: do I have to provide my ingame name or real name?
2. “Email Address of Data Subject”: this field is for my email address that is linked to my PUBG mobile account?
3. In part 3 I have to provide a profile screenshot, but the tutorial instructions are outdated. What are they needing there?
4. “Account Registration Date”: do I fill in the day I linked my social media to the game? I tried hard to remember the actual account creation date but that is over 2 years ago. If that is a denial reason, where do I find my account creation date?
5. “Nickname of the Social Media”: I used facebook, does this mean I use my username or the profile id?
6. In the part “Current UC Balance” it requires me to upload two screenshots of the latest time I bought UC. As I have to provide two screenshots, can I use the latest time I bought UC from midasbuy and screenshot the transaction details and a screenshot of the bank transaction? Or would you suggest buying it directly ingame and screenshotting the apple email?
7. In part 4 I wish to access my data. For that I clicked “I would like to access data PUBG mobile holds about me” and now it asks me to name what I want. Is it right to leave this field empty when wanting all data that PUBG mobile has collected about me? If not what am I supposed to write to get a copy of everything?
6. After submitting the request, will I get a confirmation email to the email address provided in part 2 and how long will this process at max take? As of my knowledge the response has to be made within a month according the GDPR.

What sources of support are available?
As of I know there are the following:
1. ingame support (support.pubgmobile.com)
2. email to [email protected]
3. r/pubgm_support subreddit
4. #questions (only user helping, no admins?)
Are these all sources that are available? If not what else can be used.
Also is there a better, more human understandable version of the tos? It feels like the moderates in here (no offence) do interpret it also as they think.

FPS drops when approaching enemies on iPad Pro
Hi,
I was under the assumption that PUBG mobile wouldn’t have any lag when playing on an iPad Pro (11 Zoll, 4. Generation).
Now whenever a enemy enters my render distance there are frame drops. For my teammates it often lags for up to 5 seconds or results in crashes when more than 4 players are joining.
Anyone have the same issue? I really don’t want to believe that this games update was so badly implemented that even high end devices are struggling.
My ingame settings are smooth graphics and extreme+ frame rate. Auto adjustments of these settings is turned off.

Best method to increase account level
Hi, I’ve looked at the leaderboard and found players with a player level of 100. They didn’t play classic matches for it. I got around 500 EXP for a good match and would need another ~13 mil EXP for level 100.
Now my question: What mode gives the most EXP per hour?

What is needed to recover an account?
Hi, I haven’t lost my account but I want to know what kind of information would be needed when I don’t have access anymore. Currently I’m logging in with Facebook and use 2FA. BUT if somehow I lose my account how do I increase the chance of getting it back? Do I need UC purchase receipt, most played device, etc?
