what kind of bans can not be appealed?
Hi, I noticed the moderator responses to banned accounts have shifted from telling people to use the ingame form to bans are per account no matter who used it?
Does that imply that if an account is banned it does not matter what happens beforehand? If yes then a appeal is not possible.
I’d like to know if you even can appeal a 10 year ban or is it just on paper and never done in practice?

While players have the right to appeal these bans, there is no assurance that an appeal will be accepted, as it depends on the nature of the violation. If a ban is mistakenly issued, players can appeal and, if proven, have the ban resolved.
I’d like to know if you even can appeal a 10 year banWell, like i mentioned, you can appeal for the ban but customer service will answer to your appeal according to the nature of violations....

With your long experience, would you say that a 10 year ban could theoretically be overturned, but due to the lack of evidence a user can provide, it is only theoretically possible?
For example:
Someone falls for an account login scam and successfully reclaims their account. After a login attempt, they see their account banned for 10 years.
My understanding of the ban appeal system is as follows:
1. It does not matter who did it.
2. If the reason for the ban matches what was done at the time the account was used, then it is valid and the appeal will be rejected.
3. Bans will not be lifted based on later proven innocence of the original account owner (if such a thing is even possible).
