What happend in the guest account incident?

Hi, the past days there was an popup when trying to log into he game. I never thought much of it but on unknowncheats there was a method for a short time that involved this bug where anyone was able to log into an old account just by creating an new guest account?? Is this fixed and how to tell none of my accounts are affected?
