data request form outdated, what should be provided for a smooth process?
Hi, I wanted to request a copy of the data PUBG mobile has stored/collected about me. Now I went to https://www.pubgmobile.com/datasubject/ and have a few questions:
1. “Name of Data Subject”: do I have to provide my ingame name or real name?
2. “Email Address of Data Subject”: this field is for my email address that is linked to my PUBG mobile account?
3. In part 3 I have to provide a profile screenshot, but the tutorial instructions are outdated. What are they needing there?
4. “Account Registration Date”: do I fill in the day I linked my social media to the game? I tried hard to remember the actual account creation date but that is over 2 years ago. If that is a denial reason, where do I find my account creation date?
5. “Nickname of the Social Media”: I used facebook, does this mean I use my username or the profile id?
6. In the part “Current UC Balance” it requires me to upload two screenshots of the latest time I bought UC. As I have to provide two screenshots, can I use the latest time I bought UC from midasbuy and screenshot the transaction details and a screenshot of the bank transaction? Or would you suggest buying it directly ingame and screenshotting the apple email?
7. In part 4 I wish to access my data. For that I clicked “I would like to access data PUBG mobile holds about me” and now it asks me to name what I want. Is it right to leave this field empty when wanting all data that PUBG mobile has collected about me? If not what am I supposed to write to get a copy of everything?
6. After submitting the request, will I get a confirmation email to the email address provided in part 2 and how long will this process at max take? As of my knowledge the response has to be made within a month according the GDPR.

1. Account ID
2. Yes, the email account associated to your account
3. This is likely wanting a picture of your account screen showing your account ID and relative information to prove you're logged into the account.
4. The day your account was created (I'm currently looking into how this date can be obtained)
5. Username (or Account ID, whichever that platform uses)...

@Moderator I looked at the form again but the screenshot guide is still unclear as well as the question 1 to 8. May this question got overlooked?
Did my question got overlooked or did I post it in the wrong category? I didn’t got an response sadly.
@Moderator
I'm unfamiliar with the process, so I'll go over the process with the mods to double check everything for you.
Solution
1. Account ID
2. Yes, the email account associated to your account
3. This is likely wanting a picture of your account screen showing your account ID and relative information to prove you're logged into the account.
4. The day your account was created (I'm currently looking into how this date can be obtained)
5. Username (or Account ID, whichever that platform uses)
6. Your current UC balance, what your account has right now.
7. If it's an optional field, I would personally write "All Data"
8. I'm unfamiliar with the process, so I can't say.
If you have more questions, feel free to ask. I'm still looking into how to obtain account creation date.
Thank you so much for making things more clear 🙂
Would you suggest using the screenshot obtained by clicking this photo button? Its the only thing I found unique to my account not obtainable by others.
Using the native screenshotting function on your phone is fine.
As for your account creation date, it's okay if it's not exact, but you do need to give your best approximate. If the date is too far off, and other information you submitted is inaccurate, they likely won't be able to verify you and move forward with the process.
Thank you very much 🙂 I'll try that out.
