Clicking noise when moving gantry
I also narrowed it down to the teethed pulley or the motor. Loosening the two worm screws on the pulley makes the clicking noise disappear. Tightening them so the motor turns leads to the clicking sound. Really frustrated...I don't want to remove the hybrid system, change pulleys and/ or motors and redo the whole calibration 😦 Seems like there is no way around it. Guess I will be writing to ratrig support as this is definitely a hardware issue.

VC4 500 bed replaced -> mesh now ok?
thank you. I will probably try to raise the front slightly. The new bed is way better than the previous one (0.147 vs 0.98 range)

Wave on vcore 4 500 mesh
I will try to get my hands on a larger straight-edge. But according to my 10cm tool there is actually a "wave" in the bed.

Wave on vcore 4 500 mesh
If it were just the corners I would try further adjustmens, But I don't know how to counter those waves towards the middle of the bed

Wave on vcore 4 500 mesh
Only got a short 10cm one. I can actually "tilt" the tool a bit on the left front (where the top of the wave is according to the mesh) and I see a small "dent" under it in the right front
