Of course not the only cut out there, but at least in Japan, a low buttoning point is often accommpanied by a swept back lapel....long and with a high gorge.]

In more traditional neapolitan tailoring, the gorge sits higher and there are no vents, to give the silhouette a sense of being "swept back" over the shoulders and around the sides.

Camoshita still does seasonal collections. Honestly I am not sure what is available online or overseas.
I am very much an in-person shopper, so I may not be so much help to you. Same thing with ring jacket. I don't know model names or anything, I just go to the shop and look at their current collection.
RJ has more or less the same buttoning point for all their jackets, which is low. Most of their gorgeous are swept back, though some are not.

Um, I love Ring Jacket, but the gorge is not that low. Kamoshita does the cut you are describing, but you are definitely getting into the over 1000 usd range.

Also I find their seasonal collections are a really good mix of their staple items that everybody knows absolutely kill (jeans, denim jackets, fatigues), but also a limited yet very interesting selection of more unique items or variations on the staples. It's a strong mix.
For example my shirt from today's WAYWT is a cotton workshirt from the 2024 SS collection that is a really interesting shade of a more mellow pink. I really dig it

Orslow makes a lot of good pieces, particularly trousers and outerwear. The main point for me is that the build quality is just really high. Every time I put on one of their pieces, it just feels really solid and comfortable.

To me, the trick is planning and budgeting. Impulse busy are often regretful, and spending too much is stressful.
My wife and I have a monthly meeting, during which we both decide how much disposal income we each have that month. I only spend within that. Obviously having a person to be accountable to really helps.
Meanwhile, I have enough closes that I try to look for gaps in my wardrobe and only buy to that, and focus on pieces that will match with a wide variety of pieces and looks, because they get more use.
I research what I want to buy quite a bit, and also try stuff on as much as possible.
All this ensures that I spend what I can on what I will actually use.
