RatOS 2.x + Beacon ignoring configured offset and discarding offset at print end
My printer (and sanity) was saved by removing RatOS 2.1 from the printer and taking everything into my own hands. This was done before (and I believe somewhat led to) the fairly recent rework of z-offset handling. For now, I've gone back to purely probing offsets. I had some holiday prints that needed to be finished. Blobs on Perimeters
When you slice the model, where does the slicer show the seam(s)? Does it correlate to where your blobs are showing?

also your configured resolution doesn't match what your camera indicates it supports. The camera is listing: * 1536x864 * 2304x1296 * 4608x2592 But your configuration is indicating: * 640x480

In the above log it appears that you're using ustreamer, since you're using a pi camera can you try using camera-streamer?

1. what camera are you trying to use? I see a reference to OV5647. Is this the only camera you're trying to use? 2. please provide the output of: * ls -l /dev/video* * ls -l /dev/v4l/* * libcamera-hello --list-cameras

So, when you request to move X you get a straight line move on Y and vice versa? Try swapping the motor cables?
