the super high 400/500mm/s+ movement speeds only really work at thinner layer heights or with much higher flow rates or better flowing filaments

and you dont want to push it just below the max what it can do, as it will already underextrude before the flow completely halts

it really seems like you are just printing with a too high of a flow rate and the hotend cant keep up, causing holes and inconsistancies, those speeds listed for your filament are likely based on a 0.4mm nozzle, with a 0.6mm nozzle you can get a bit more flow rate out of your hotend due to reduced backpressue but since you are laying thicker and wider lines you will put out much more material for the same speed. The difference is huge with the thicker/wider lines: 0.2x0.45=0.09mm^2 of surface area for a 0.4mm nozzle. 0.3x0.65=0.195mm^2 of surface area for a 0.6mm nozzle. That is (0.195/0.09)x100 = +-216.67% material at the same speed while the heating power stays the same On my big machine I use a 0.6mm high flow CHT volcano for PLA at 220 deg C and PETG at 240/250 deg C and max out at 30-35mm^3 flow rate. The movement speeds at those flow rates are roughly 180-220mm/s because of the thick lines. That is just under the edge that the Rapido can keep up with, the graphs show its between 60-85% heating.

alright, ill go for the teardown and reflash it with a clean 2.0 so I dont need to rebuild any configs, im going to update all machines to 2.1 when i have more time available, the features look amazing.

ratos-configurator: 502 bad gateway (RatOS 2.0.2 on a custom Ender)
for as far as I can see it seems to be running again in the state of before the 2.1 update scripts, with configurator resolving to the 502 again, but I suppose I wouldnt notice any deeper system changes?

im aware! and i will totally update in the near future but i want to wait till the IDEX mod for the printer is finished and redo the entire machine and electronics together with the 2.1 software
