Also check if the hotend fan is spooling up fast enough to actually cool when it is in the overhang area

On a 500, any range around 0.2 I always saw as a big win

Manual stepper motor issues
Maybe you can also pull up the klipper config and verify the motor with "stepper buzz" or "force move" commands

Manual stepper motor issues
Did you perhaps put the tmc in the wrong slot? As the first slot is slot 0?

If it locks but doesnt turn, enable_pin is correct, verify the step_pin being wired correctly

Extrusion Gaps
These are linked to eachother by layer thickness and height, 25mm/s^3 of volume is about 250/300mm/s with the average 0.4 nozzle

Extrusion Gaps
Note that these are different things! 200mm/s is the linear speed the toolhead will move at, the ~20mm/s^3 is the volume of flow going through the nozzle

that is the correct setting indeed, that value depending on your filament, hotend and nozzle size/style

Extrusion Gaps
this is not the correct option, it is set in the filament tab per filament

0,6mm Nozzle with ASA GF
with a 0.4, i never dry PLA, hardly ever need to dry PETG, with a 0.6 undried PETG and ASA prints suddenly look disgusting, especially the fiber filled variants, with a 0.8 the prints even fail completely, extensive drying of the filament ahead of time and during the print fixes all these issues

a bigger nozzle size has a dramatic influence on the level of moisture you can get away with

judging from the amount of bubbles in the top surface of 0%, your filament is (very) wet

Z shift - gap on layers after M600 filament color change (VC4 500)
ive had this too on relatively short prints, i suspected it happened for me due to the chamber being cold at the start of the print (+-25c), and it continuing to heat up due to the heated bed keeping temps during a pause, by the time i continued the print the chamber was at like 40c and expansion of some parts created a gap in the layers when continued, ever since i never did filament swaps where the machine started cold and that has worked better, not flawless, but very acceptable

seems like you are running too high volumetric flow rate for the filament and the hotend cant keep up, causing the extruder motor to skip steps and lose pressure temporarly
