Odd artifacts on PETG prints on VCore4 IDEX
I don't know what to do at this point. The gaps appear to be under extrusion but at the same time I have the feeling its over extruding. This happens on both tool heads to I don't think its a physical issue.

Do you use a purge tower? Seems like you have under extrusion after each toolchange.
I do not use a purge tower.
Use a purge tower and print it again. I think this should fix your issue. I recommend using the Prusa XL purge tower settings as a starting point.
I will give it a shot, thanks
Doesn't appear to help much 😦

Did you dried the PETG? Seems like a lot of stringing
Ill give drying a try, thanks
ive also had prints look like this when i was printing 0.4mm profiles with a 0.6mm nozzle accidently, is that perhaps a possibility?
mmm, isn't the printer delivered only with 0.4?
Mine included both .4 and .6
Vcore 4? very difficult for me to see what I have in there now. but I do have two 0.4s in my box
Yes,V4 Idex. Both Rapido's included .4 and .6. The .4 is silver, the .6 is black.
yeah, I think I may have the 0.6 in there, thank you, this maybe the issue I have been dealing with for months...
Hope that fixes your problems!
It appears to have improved things, I will print a few more tests and post here, than resolve the thread. Thanks again
Some prints are slightly better but that test cube still looks very similar. The black is a brand new roll of Punkfill PETG

I had crap prints like that and it turned out to be a faulty rapido extruder. I brought a new one and replaced it, everything then printed nicely.
How much Pressure Advance tuning have you done?
