Y axis jamming when moving rapidly
I am facing an issue shown in the video. I have cleaned the linear rails thoroughly, lubricated it with white lithium grease and am still facing the issue.
I think I notice, my right linear carriage has missing ball bearings, 1 on each side. Will that cause any issue? I did not lose any bearings while cleaning
I initially thought the belts were binding somewhere but if so why can the tool head still move left and right ?

Y-axis dimensions is always smaller than x-axis dimensions
Have been trying to calibrate my Dimensional Accuracy and I know that rotation_distance shouldn't be adjusted.
However I have been printing 50mm calibration cube with shrinkage accounted for (99.7% for my pla), the x-axis is always spot on but the y-axis dimension is always smaller by 0.1-0.2mm on a 50mm cube

Is there such a thing as too high of fan speed for bridging?
So I am using a delta 4028 and max out 100% fan speed with a tri-horn fan duct. I notice that the bridging gets pushed downwards (does not look like normal drooping)
Should I lower my fan speed or am I doing something else wrongly?
My print speed for bridging is only 50mm/s with 85% flow
