What goes in a good listing?
don't necessarily need it for shoes but for clothing please include measurements, preferably with pictues showing them too (so you can see how the ruler/tape was held)

Ralph Lauren designed his brand off of the sport of polo (could phrase that better but whatever) and because it got popular the us polo association, which was/is an actually polo organization, started making things using their name in 1980, probably to capitalize on PRLs popularity

yeah that's the wisest approach. Poshmark has the posh ambassadors or whatever who i'd trust a little bit more and they do offer a 3-day return window for provable fakes but its still definitely a risk. not gonna go for this one for sure

also aquascutum uses a check pattern as well, still a luxury brand but a lot more niche so id consider it less likely to be faked

feel you on this haha i also like the pattern but not the price. for scarves in particular you can find loads of similar looking but not fake burberry ones if you go to thriftstores or look online for plaid or tartan scarf or something similar
