the cowboy swag isnt really cosplay unless you do a fake accent and roleplaying but that outfit does inherently say peasant

but the lace up shirt and black pants doesnt have like loud patterns or something like a powdered wig or big collar to draw more attention than the fact that you're already wearing something unusual, i guess is my point

you could either just go full period costume in everyday life or maybe try to incorprate it into a hippie look with like flip flops and weird pants like a one-dimensional character in a comedy set in hawaii or california on the beach

i knew someone in high school who dressed like a cowboy and while it definitely made him stick out (didnt help he was pretty noticeably autistic and had, uh, controversial opinions he liked to talk abt) he rocked it with no hesitation so he just was the guy who dressed like a cowboy
