9GAX0412P3S001 40x28 fan - 0 RPM reported through tacho
I know the tacho reporting is quality of life only.
There are two 4-pin PWM fans in my setup; a Noctua 120mm and the Sanyo Denki 9GAX0412P3S001 (part cooling).
Both are configured and working properly, except the tacho wire for the 9GAX0412P3S001.
It is configured in RatOS, the wire continuity is checked, I have triple-checked the pinout, but the reported speed is always 0.
Configuration below:
[fan]
pin: !fan_part_cooling_pin
cycle_time: 0.00004
tachometer_pin: ^PG15
tachometer_poll_interval: 0.0005
For the Noctua 120mm fan (which works and displays RPM), the configuration is:
[controller_fan controller_fan]
pin: !PD15
tachometer_pin: ^PG14
tachometer_poll_interval: 0.0005
cycle_time: 0.00004
Now, the only reason I could think of is tachometer_poll_interval value needing adjustment, I have used all the way to 0.00001 with no success.
Maybe there is someone out there who did configure it, and would be kind enough to help me figure out which values to use.
Thank you!

Hotend thermistor/heater degradation?
This is something new that I was surprised to experience.
I have a Rapido on my V-MiniON, and I used to print PETG with no problem at 230 degrees.
Recently (starting yesterday, actually), I started to print something and ecperienced all tell-tales of "hotend too cold". Reported temperature was 235 degrees Celsius, +/- 0.1 degrees, but as soon as printing speed started to exceed a measly 50 mm/s, the material became opaque, layer adhesion became crap, etc.
Same filament, same spool, same model, same settings, etc., etc.
Could the thermistor have degraded for reasons unknown?

RatOS 2 / V-MiniON Y custom motor config
I had an extra 42sth48-2504ac motor, so I decided to install it on the Y axis on my V-MiniON.
printer.cfg now looks like this:
I just need confirmation whether it's okay to comment out the current entry for 42sth40-1684ac and replace it with the entry for 42sth48-2504ac. Do I need to change anything else in the config?

40x28 fan - PWM pin on FAN0 not working
I have gotten to the point where I need to connect the 40x28 4-pin fan to the mainboard (SKR 3).
It's a Delta fan, the PWM wire is blue, and I have connected it to the negative pin on the "FAN0" port.
If the blue wire is not connected, the fan starts as expected at full speed.
If the blue wire is connected, the fan never starts, and any change in PWM on the RatOS interface does nothing.
I have disconnected the Delta blue wire and connected a standard 24V blower fan (known to be working) to the FAN0 connector (red+black) - that fan doesn't turn either.
I measured voltage for the "FAN0" output after manually setting PWM to 100% - it reads 5V instead of expected 24V which is very strange.
At the same time, the heatsink cooling fan on "FAN1" works perfectly.
Tried adding this to override section:
That did nothing to change the situation, still the same behavior.
The picture in the relevant doc (https://os.ratrig.com/docs/guides/4028/) (which I have read several times) only shows an example image for Octopus, not SKR3. My assumption was that I would need to apply the same logic, connecting the fan PWM wire to the negative pin of the standard part cooling fan connector.
Any idea what should I do to change this behavior?

Sensorless homing on V-MiniON, limits show 90mm instead of 180mm on X/Y
Hardware configuration:
- V-MiniON, Sensorless X/Y, SKR 3, RatOS 2.0 Beta 2
Behavior: Homing all axes works fine, but after done, X/Y values show 90mm instead of expected 180mm. When I try to move X/Y axes to zero, they stop at "0" at the middle of the bed, instead of expected left/front of the bed.
Which configuration entries should I change so that it would behave as expected?

40x28 fan using Octopus 1.1, EBB36
I have a v-Core 3 I am building, with EVA 3, EBB36 toolboard and a 40x28 12V fan.
The RatOS documentation on how to connect the 4028 fan doesn't have a section for EBB36, and it's the first time I am using one, therefore I would like to make sure I am doing things right.
Several questions:
1. Which pin on the EBB36 would you advise to use for fan PWM wire connection?
2. Similarly, which pin should I use for the Tacho (client requests it)?
3. Do I first configure ratOS accordingly and then physically wire the connections, or is it OK to wire, boot, then configure?
4. (unrelated to the fan) USB connection or CAN connection for EBB36? Asking because there is no information about EBB36 in RatOS documentation.
