Octopus V1.1 F446 detected but is unresponsive.
Try reloading your DFU bootloader - went through the same issues you're seeing. Be SURE to follow the RatOS install/update instructions after you get the board recognized. https://github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-OCTOPUS-V1.0/blob/master/Firmware/DFU%20Update%20bootloader/Octopus-DFU%20Update%20bootloader%20-%20en.pdf

Ok, thanks for that - it was a grope in the dark trying to ID why PB11 on my mainboard isn't recognized. C'est la vie...

Any significance that PB11 is defined under "ADXL" (Line 147 of RatOS.cfg) as "spi_software_mosi_pin: toolboard_t0:PB11" The lights are working fine using PA2 - I was just wondering if there was anyway to get PWM control of any of the other headers on that heater bus. Fundamentally I don't know the logic of redefining the board pin number - in due time. Thanks for looking into it.

That sounds pretty damn ominous. It's the board that came with the machine, but I'll double check the coding on the CPU later this morn.

When I used "PB11" here instead of "PA2" Klipper apparently wouldn't recognize it. Is there something I'm missing or simply ignorant of on how to get pins recognized?

Thanks, but I did that and got the LED pin not identified error.

I couldn't get webrtc to connect, but maybe I need to try the same approach and nuke the cam working now. It's crystal clear at 20 fps, but if it'll take some load off the LAN it'll be worth a shot.

Just went through this yesterday. Nuke the current webcam, and then "Add webcam" using the "Adaptive MJPEG" setting. Change your framerate in "Crowsnest.conf" to say 25 to 30 fps, and then reboot. I'm routinely seeing around 17 to 20 fps printing or not. It's a bit jerky, but better than static.

X stopped working when changing to Hybrid
Folks - for what it's worth I was able to rectify the independent motion x and y on my hybrid machine. Confusion in the build guide I defaulted to "SPI" mode for the drivers. Waiting for an answer here I decided to clean up some wiring and try out UART mode. The toolhead now moves independently in both the x and y direction, and perhaps more important to me homes to 200,200 and straps out the same off the board. Moving the head to 0,0 puts the toolhead in the front left corner of the bed. I hope the same works for you if you had your jumpers set up the same. SPI - 4 jumpers installed on the right two pins for every driver slot. UART - only the right two pins have a jumper on the second row from the top of each row of driver slots. Bon chance!

Nozzle scraping bed during beacon calibration
Mr./Ms. Pereira - I am somewhat pleased to inform you that this situation was directly attributable to a condition known as "short between the headsets". There is some confusion in Section 12 of the build guide whether to set the jumpers for "SPI" or "UART" mode - the board photos in the guide show both. I reversed my initial config from SPI to UART and two things occurred: 1) x and y move independently; and 2) the toolhead homes to 200, 200 and straps out to the same off the bed. Sending the head to 0,0 puts the toolhead in the front left corner as it should be.

X stopped working when changing to Hybrid
No worries. I'm groping in the dark as well. I'm not sure if it's of any relevance, but are your wiring layouts the same on for the JST connectors going to the board. I've different variations depending on which motor it's coming from. Still trying to get somewhere positive with this: https://discordapp.com/channels/582187371529764864/1340069988714676366

X stopped working when changing to Hybrid
Did you make it past the calibrations in the commissioning guide? My toolhead went off the right side of the bed - that's what started all of this.

X stopped working when changing to Hybrid
I'm gonna tag along 'cause I've been dealing with this same issue for 3 days now. Y motion when homing x. Y position shows 200 after homing, and straps out the same. X position shows 200, but sits at 85. Checked it this morning - move x 50 and that translates to 25 when measured on the plate. I haven't tried unplugging the hybrid motors yet - just glad I'm not the only one....

So is there something else that would cause that stepper to halve it's distance that I can change?
