I have psoriasis on my scalp and its a fucker because the shampoo that works on that dries the everlasting shit out of my hair

A lot weill depend on your hair type, wha if any styling products you use, the cut you have etx. Generally.
That said, Silicones are particularly bad for leaving your hair looking initially good, than built up and greasy a day or two later. Try to avoid sulfates as they will dry your hair out really badly as well
