Hi @Piston !this is the 2nd time I've submitted a claim via in-game customer service and it's been past 7 day yet I've not received any response not even claim identification number or claim in progress email. So I don't think it will help anyway!! Hacker just linked the social account yesterday, I still have my email linked to my account but I can't logged in. It's better to take action before they unlink my email right?

Okay @Zobel get the response from customer service and they said re-try account recovery (account claim available after 1d16hr). I will try to recover, if that didn't work then will contact you guys! Thanks for cooperation.
