Didn't get any help (Account Hacked) from customer service and account recovery
I've waited more than 14 days but still I'm not getting any response or help from customer service. When I contact customer service providing all the previous UC purchase receipt, they say try account recovery but when I try account recovery, it asks the UUID and after submitting it ask to wait but I'm not getting any response. It's been a month now. Please assist here @PUBG MOBILE @Tencent @Administrator @Moderator
I have
- all my previous uc purchase receipt
- most logged in device past 6 month
- email linked (can't login it says to much login for today)
- phone number linked (can't login it says to much login for today)
Please look into this matter!
