E-mail login Issue.
After successful Account Recovery process, I got mail from PUBG MOBILE that I can log into my account through e-mail mention during the claim but I am not getting the verification code. As suggested I tried all the recommended operations i.e
- Verified the linked email to the game account
- Whitelist the [email protected] & [email protected]
- Check spam in mailbox
- Tried after 24 hrs
The problem still persist. Please help me in this issue.

Can you try to log in using the verification code method using the email you provided to the in-game customer service when submitting the account recovery request?
I already did! I used the email provided by in-game customer service but couldn't receive the code.
Try to use the email on which you received the reply from the customer service, @Shrestha Pzl.
