Case damaged in Transit - Resolved - Replacement Shipped - Thanks

PCB won't fit inside the case
Hi, all. I have an issue with the installation of the PCB into the casing. Now, I might have missed something, but it appears to me that the little metal standoffs that get screwed into the casing are a little too high. When I screw the standoffs and try to mount the PCB, it doesn't fit well.
I've followed the tutorial and have first connected the PCB with the 3D printed net where the switches get inserted into (I don't know how I should refer to this part) and have created a single piece with the PCB, the net and the switches. But when I try to insert that into the casing, the standoffs go through the PCB, not through the net (as they should) but then the ports on the PCB do not align with the holes on the casing and the PCB stands crooked because the switch is not aligned and is pulling it to the side. Below I've attached pictures of how the PCB is aligned in the casing. How the usb connector aligns, and the dimensions od the standoffs....

Shipping out to CA for an order - checking numbers
Just (finally) getting clear so i can put in an order, wanted to check the shipping estimate (as a sanity check mainly), this is for an order, and the estimates are $4, but no tax + duty, then $57 with tax + duty. If the estimate is correct, USD 33.13 would be about 47 CAD, so then adding on the 4 from the option above.. that's 51?
Mainly I'd much prefer to pre-pay tax/duty via merchant because it's generally easier/smoother/faster but the 53$ delta is a lot higher than what i was expecting for a $171 order, and since orders > 74 are tagged as free shipping but my base option is $4 wanted to check incase it's the shop that's going a bit weird (Free only seems to kick in at the CAD 220+ mark)...
Issues Uploading
Hey guys, i just wanted to make a quick post becuase i've been having a really hard time getting my nice!nanos set up. I initally was getting a coping error
Which i solved by turning off windows defender and i got the second error message. The left controller now seems to want to work...at least slightly.
The issue now is the left controller will show the blue led if it's plugged in, and the right hand will only show the orange led when its plugged in which i've been told it means it's charging. The left hand will not charge though, or at the very least the orange LED does not turn on. I have also set the config for the ZMK firmware to include the nice!nano but both screens just look like a pixelated mess....
