About how long does it take to load the LOD for like 258 to 320 chunks on aggressive?

as for the time it takes, it heavily depends on your cpu

DH ERROR: Couldn't Load or Make Chunk

I've had issues with DH in the past, but never this one. When I load into a world (old and new) it spams my chat with errors telling me that it can't generate any chunks, and that I could optimize my save to fix the issue. LOD not rendering

I created a world in singleplayer but when I joined, the LOD was not rendering. I went through the faq but it did not get fixed. I have tried reinstalling dh, deleting the .toml file and reinstalling fabric....

Cannot get DH to load chunks no matter what I do.

I am using 1.20.1 forge version 47.3.0 DH 2.1.2.a No matter what I do, the chunks will not load. I am using a modpack however no mods are known to be incompatible....

erm its crashing (trying to afk worldgen) (apple silicon)

Trying to mass-generate chunks in singleplayer using the seed of a server so I can then copy the data over to the server. Was working fine before. I generated a decent radius of chunks and then reopened the game to fix a memory leak. Now it just crashes on startup. I did reduce my ram because people said I might have too much. I have my graphical settings all at minimum, framerate capped at 10, etc. I basically just have DH and its dependencies installed on fabric, plus dynamic fps. https://mclo.gs/6pi7qMI...

Sudden issue of bare trees and cave-shaped holes in LODs

I just downgraded DH as per #Can I physically offset my DH data (up)? (voiced vid attached), but this has apparently been happening since before that forum post as shown by the video. what's going on?

Can't see all chunks i set it too

i can't see every chunk i set it to, i set it to 128 then 4098 or something like that but still see like 64 chunks

DH spamming code in log causing lag over time

Can I physically offset my DH data (up)? (voiced vid attached)

adding infinity caves 'increased' world height, now DH is using the new bottom of y=-128 as the origin rather than y=0, so everything dipped downwards

Even after uninstalling Cubes without Borders, I can't stop crashing.

I just threw Cubes without Borders into my pack and began crashing soon after the world loads. After both disabling and uninstalling it, it's still crashing the same way. (this stops when I uninstall distant horizons) logs; https://mclo.gs/Uqb5hfl...

Solution:

try replacing DH with DH 2.1.2 as a start

Normal render distance when using newest complementary shader

So i downloaded newest complementary shaders and it doesnt generates LODs(is it callled?) i set it to 512 and it still generates normal render distance. Forge 1.19.2 Mod list: Well i think listing 200 mods would be overkill but i list the most valued to this thread - oculus ...

Few questions for the new version.

I wanted to try out the new distant horizon mod since I saw it on tiktok and youtube and today I finally got time but Im ingame it seems it doesnt work. Im playing Forge, 1.19.2 and using the complementary shader reimagined. on the screenshot I set a render distance of 500 in distant horizon (just to see if it works).

Mod isn't downloading or showing an icon

Importing

Hi! I have a save in singleplayer of my whole minecraft server. Is this possible for DH to convert all chunks from that save to LODS?

Game crashing.

1.20.6 Fabric Multiplayer Ive taken the mod out and runs fine put the mod in launch the game and it says it needs to updat the mod. Click update restart game, Game loads in for 2 seconds then closes???...

Solution:

the latest nightly builds are not compatible with iris atm. you can use DH 2.1.2 instead

The lod shows black chunks

i load up dh and the lod chunks are are black, i have sent my mod list, this world was prev loaded in voxy but i deleted all the voxy files of the world and loaded up in dh
