502 Bad Gateway Error

I'm experiencing intermittent "502 Bad Gateway" errors on my website hosted with 3rd party hosting provider , [abcd.com]. Specifically, the site initially loads with a 502 error message through Cloudflare, showing "Host Error." However, when I refresh the page, it loads correctly on the second attempt. This behavior suggests a possible issue with the server’s responsiveness or configuration. Full DNS zone name server delegation away from cloudflare

I am using full zone dns setup with my name servers as cloudflare. If I move my name servers away to a new DNS provider without switching to CNAME/partial zone setup, how long until cloudflare shuts down my domain? I notice that 2 days after moving my name servers away, cloudflare still detects my zone as active.

Cannot View Support Tickets

Hello, We signed up for the Business Support for two of our domains about 2 weeks ago and I have submitted support tickets to find out the status of our domains transferring but I cannot even reach the support ticket area of the Cloudflare portal. It looks like its been down for more than a month? I can't reach anyone on the phone either. Is Cloudflare really this broken that there is no way to talk to any support whatsoever? I can't even get Enterprise Sales to call me back. My company is willing to pay for support, but I can't seem to get ANYONE to even talk to me. That's why I came here out of desperation. #support...

Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can assist me with getting some help from Cloudflare.

I submitted a ticket, but it only sends auto-responses and closes after 72 hours, which is really frustrating given my issue. My phone wiped itself, along with my password manager containing my 2FA (TOTP/MFA) and backup codes. I don't know why my items didn't sync, but now they're gone, and I need to get into my account. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated....

purge on every change, is that normal?

I have a particular domain using cloudflare dns here... It's that I'm having to purge on every little change I do on site content. Is that normal? Turning on the developer mode doesn't solve it. Any ideas?

I see events in Audit log I didn't create

I got an email from CloudFlare telling me my account was accessed from another ip. I changed all passwords and setup 2fa. I checked audit log and I see 10-15 requests made using the API interface yesterday. Of course I didnt do them. Here is a screenshot: Is this normal?...

.uk Domain Transfer Issues

I'm trying to transfer an old domain name from 123-REG to Cloudflare but I'm confused by Cloudflare's dashboard (I'm new to Cloudflare). I've transferred domains between registrars before and I'm used to trigger the transfer on both platforms in order for the domain to transfer successful. So far I've tried to start the transfer from 123-REG and all that required from me was to provide the IPS tag of the new registrar. Hey guys, im new to all of this and have a couple questions about my DNS

A little back story: I set up and purchased a domain from this website called 'Teespring'. I was selling merch/digital downloads but, the website has no creative freedom. I recently just found another website that allows me to create freely how i'd want but, I couldnt move my domain due to me not having ANY control over my DNS because of 'Teespring'. I wish I wouldve did more research on this matter before the purchase 😒 I just wanted to get my business off the ground and started. Long story short I came across cloudfare and unlike the other domain transfer sites Ive seen with needing an transfer activation code, it ask me to just change the nameservers. Is there anyway to acess my website DNS just to add cloudfare without purchasing a transfer first or will I just have to purchase that transfer from the next spot? I'm trying to weigh out my options before buying anything and not actually sticking with the program I purchased from....

setting up cf tunnels

Hi, Im setting up cloudflare tunnels for the first time and need some help with this, Ive set up the tunnel itself and it says its healthy and working, Ive assigned it a private network CIDR-0.0.0.0/32 (Im connecting to this network using cf gateway, atleast its set up that way). Now Ive also added the routes , added it to access etc, but when i try to connect to it using the gateway with cloudflareaccess.com it just times out, like its unreachable for some reason. Wordpress site not working properly when visiting with domain using cloudflare tunnel.

Im running wordpress on a local home server, and when im visiting the site with his ip it all works. I have setup a cloudflare tunnel for my domain, and when i visit with the domain i will be directly send to the website. The only problem is that the images won't load, and when im trying to edit a page and click save, its says that it cant save, because im offline or something. But what really strange is, is that when i'm editing a page i see all the pictures. I don't have my own ssl certificate, but the site uses https thru the tunnel (it has a lock icon). I have already tried to change the ssl setting from Flexibel to Full and Full (strict). But that won't work eather. If you can help me and need some more info, please let me know!...
