2FA Recovery
Hi,
A CF customer contacted me regarding the recovery of the 2FA of the only admin on their account.
He received instructions in a ticket on steps to take to verify his identity and authority and did not know how to do it,
So I went to a session with him and now he was able to do it, I would be happy if there is someone here who can help us move this forward. They have been without access to their CF account for over two months and this is very critical for them.

Hello @SI, I would suggest to wait for the support team to respond to the ticket. Also, the ticket was updated yesterday with the details.
