Issue with HTML and pages being pushed through on production but working on Dev side

Hi All, I am having an issue where when I upload a webpage to my worker and push it out into deployment it cuts of elements of the CSS file and also doesnt push one of the html pages. it just redirects to saying this page is in development. I have tested in the dev page and it works however not in deployment. in leiu of my crap coding I have tried a different hosting provider who it also works on.... Thanks
