Lost sensitivity

I have my account connected to two login methods, but I no longer have the email address it's connected to. I want to change it, but it won't let me because it's not my usual device. I've waited days and it still hasn't resolved the issue. I've tried contacting customer service, but it still won't let me for the same "frequent device" reason. My account was hacked on 31st March 2025. I contacted customer care just after realizing my account was hacked and followed all the guidelines and i also used recovery tool which afterall gave me negative results. Match making duration depends on how many players are currently matching/playing in that specific mode, map, perspective combination and timing in your selected server, especially for emulators, if there are not enough players, your match making time will be longer than usual. If you are unable to get into a match, please try again in a different time or consider playing the game in the mobile version instead....

i keep getting banned, i fully formated the pc, changed 2 internet providers, pubg the only game on my pc and yet i got banned on 10 acc's with no reason tired to contact pubg mobile they said broken the rules, but which rules ? i litterly opnned my account played 2 gamed next day i open to see iam banned again

Is anyone else having trouble finding a match in Metro on any map besides Confrontation Front? I can't seem to get into a game no matter how long I queue on other maps. Playing on emulator, btw
