Hacked account
My account was hacked on 31st March 2025. I contacted customer care just after realizing my account was hacked and followed all the guidelines and i also used recovery tool which afterall gave me negative results. I have all the possible information and evidence to prove this i s my account. Recently i cannot even report because it's showing me an error. I honestly don't know what to do but yeah it hurts alot because i am not getting enough help from pubg team even after sharing with them all the details about the account and also sent them my last uc purchase and subscription evidences.
Can i get an advice on what to do.
