Once the account recovery form is rejected by community support, you won't be able to submit it again, you will have to try and recover the account using In-game recovery feature.

I tried submitting it through in-game recovery but it says that i have to use my "regular device"
You need to use to commonly used devices to submit the form. If you still have any questions you can reach the customer service using the e-mail [email protected]
oh so i need to use "a device that once logged in the account?
The device which you mostly used to play the game on the particular account.
I see, what if i have the device but it's in factory mode. i just resetted the device like a month ago
