non stop banned

i keep getting banned, i fully formated the pc, changed 2 internet providers, pubg the only game on my pc and yet i got banned on 10 acc's with no reason tired to contact pubg mobile they said broken the rules, but which rules ? i litterly opnned my account played 2 gamed next day i open to see iam banned again

Finding matches in metro

Is anyone else having trouble finding a match in Metro on any map besides Confrontation Front? I can't seem to get into a game no matter how long I queue on other maps. Playing on emulator, btw

Solution:

Emulator players are only matched with other emulator players. Match making duration depends on how many players are currently matching/playing in that specific mode, map, perspective combination and timing in your selected server, especially for emulators, if there are not enough players, your match making time will be longer than usual. If you are unable to get into a match, please try again in a different time or consider playing the game in the mobile version instead....

All of my rank were Gold in third person, I played for around 3 days and my squad ranking got up to Platinum IV while I did not play solo or duo, they were both Platinum V. If I reach Ace/Conqueror while playing squad, will the solo and duo be the same rank as squad?...
