Got banned on the beta test.

Hello PUBG Mobile Support Team, I was redirected here from the official Discord server of PUBG Mobile Beta Test 3.8.2. Today, while playing on the Rondo map in the beta version, I received two 10-year bans — one on my main account (linked via X) and the other on a guest account. This is the first time in 8 years of playing PUBG and 2 years of streaming and recording gameplay videos that something like this has happened. I have proof — gameplay recordings showing when I got banned. I’m also attaching screenshots of the accounts. Device: iPad Pro with M2 chip Capture card: yes Recording on: MacBook Pro with M1 chip Please help resolve this issue. I’m afraid to log into my main account — it’s very old and I’ve invested a lot of time and money into it. Thank you.
