@delfin🐬 😦
Community support form result emails are sent from [email protected].
you mean this one is verifying my report from community support form? and not from the in game recovery tool?
You can check the sender's address from here. If it's not from [email protected] then that means that's your in-game claim's results.

Nevertheless you should wait for the community form result email as the community requests are checked by the Operations Team.
okay then in the mean time I will wait for the result because I haven't got the one from the community support form I filled
thank you @delfin🐬
He was hacking
what?
Please don't mind that user, he is now banned.
I've sent an email to [email protected] and put the data needed for my account recovery but I forgot to put my UID and they replied to me like this
@delfin

I want to resent the email with my UID but is it safe to do so? I'm questioning things because of this @delfin

[email protected] is the official email address for the customer service. The scammer announcement refers to when scammers spoof the customer service's email address and send players emails to convince them that they are a customer service representative.
You do not have to worry about this if you sent the email to [email protected] first. We still suggest using the in-game recovery tool if you are able to. Here is the response a member of the PUBG MOBILE Operations Team provided about this:
It is possible for anyone to spoof our email addresses and make emails look like they come from us. However, only we can see emails sent to us, so if you reply to this, the scammer will not be able to reply back. This is why players should be using the in-game tool and wait patiently.
okay then, thank you
