what is the thing called when u reach ace in squads and the system promotes solo/duo to diamond

This is called the Tier Synchronization system.
thanks, so lets say i got crown in squad will the rank in solo or duo add to the next rank (for example platium I with 2950 points to diamond V with exact 3000 points or add a specific number? for example platium I with 2950 adding 65 points to 3015 points)
From my experience, it always adds to the minimum number of points required to reach a tier. That means it will add to 300, 2900, 2800 etc.
