Enderman farm is not working properly in minecraft server.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6s5GpWuguAM I followed this tutorial to make an enderman farm and for some reason in my server the endermen dont move or spawn unless im close enough to the platform that the endermen spawn on. I tried the same exact farm in a singleplayer world and it worked perfectly. Im running on papermc 1.20.1 off of ApexHosting and the plugins I am using are shown in the screenshot. Is there a way for me to change something in the config or any other methods that can make the enderman farm function properly?
