Would giving out custom colored name tags for items/mobs in my server be against EULA?
Since name tags are technically an item would it be against EULA to distribute a specially named tag for donators in my modded server to give to their horse/wolf/etc? We run a mod that allows mobs to have textures based on their name. I figure since the texture itself is cosmetic and offers no advantage to our gameplay since we’re a farm sim like server it should be okay surely? Just wanted to get more opinions on the matter.

If I can use private DNS server and if it can automatically change my DNS server to what I set in any wifi I connect and not have to manually set the DNS settings
I am using adguard home for blocking ads and I want that to be my on my private DNS but I dont know how to add it because I heard you can't add numeric ip in private DNS settings...
Minecraft Server Hosting Provider
Hello community! For this last year I've been running a server on Oracle Cloud free tier, but I'm looking to upgrade the server. These last few days I've been looking at other cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, ...). But it's rather hard to find out which is the best without having to try it out. So would any of you know what the best solution is?
I'd like to host a server where around 4 players would be online at all time, and 10 players at max capacity. Some of us are quite technical though.
Specs I'd like: 1 or 2 CPU's, 8 GB - 10 GB RAM, 200 GB SSD, Linux environment.
Amount of money I'd like to spend: +-€ 10 / month.
Server type: Fabric with non game breaking mods....
Need help with skripts /end and /nether.
I'm running a 1000x1000 flooded world with custom recipes, and since under normal circumstances the nether is inaccessible and I have no idea how to code, I need help with skripting /end and /nether skripts.

Server lag when players using Elytra
I recently started hosting a Vault Hunters 3 server. We've noticed some lag when one of us uses an Elytra and starts loading in a bunch of chunks quickly.
I don't really know how chunk generation works. I also don't know if one of those pre-generation mods will work well with modpacks and if there are any "gotchas" that I should be aware of.
Does anyone happen to know what the best way to solve this might be?

Risks of running public server on home network
Hey all, I already posted this question yesterday in general and got some really helpful answers but I wanted to get some other perspectives on the issue before I make any decisions.
For context, my network is fast enough, and so it the computer running the server. I am running it on the same network that basically all of my personal devices are connected to, forwarding only port 25565.
I’m wondering how risky it would be to have this port open to the internet, and how I could potentially protect myself, since i don’t want to play with my own personal security here....

Extreme Lag spikes after /tpr /spawn /home
Guys i have a problem. I have extreme lag spikes after /tpr /spawn /home, other players doesnt have them on serwer. I reinstalled MC, plugins etc. What can couse this?
Multiverse & datapacks
From what I have read, datapacks on servers are server-wide and have to be placed in the main world folder. Is there any way/plugin to apply a datapack to one single world created with multiverse?

This warning appears in my console about 30 times a second. It began appearing after I installed vanilla tweaks. I unzipped it incorrectly the first time and have since deleted and reinstalled it. Vanilla tweaks is working perfectly now, but the warning message is still spammed in my console. I have tried uploading the log to mclo.gs but I think the file size is too large.
