Bedrock players joining and leaving right away

Hello I started googling my question and stumbled upon this reddit post https://www.reddit.com/r/admincraft/comments/13vctog/anyone_know_what_these_errors_mean_geyser_mc/ I started getting this error,
[io.netty.channel.DefaultChannelPipeline] An exceptionCaught() event was fired, and it reached at the tail of the pipeline. It usually means the last handler in the pipeline did not handle the exception.
[io.netty.channel.DefaultChannelPipeline] An exceptionCaught() event was fired, and it reached at the tail of the pipeline. It usually means the last handler in the pipeline did not handle the exception.
in my console whenever a bedrock player tries to join and I am not sure how fix it. I have the recent version of geyser, build#239

I have tried updating the geyser plugin, restarting the server and neither have worked. First bedrock player can join no issue but the next can't join

Well I just wanted to see what the reddit post said and to go from there. The reddit is still private and it says to join the discord for questions so

hmm most of the people that are on this discord server don't use geyser let alone knowing a fix to an exception with no information provided
