@Keshav Ohh wait i got it, When the COM of plank with reach the top of cylinder it will tend to move downwars, so the plank will get lifted from left and it will loose contact from the surface

they are moving along the sides of triangle ABC in this case they are just in equilibrium so they aren't moving, U have to just make FBDs and solve it. Consider the normal due to triange, tension due to string, forces due to charge and gravity(as it is in vertical plane)
