Doubt from Equilibrium Chapter

The ans for this question is given as opt (d ).But Won't the equilibrium constant be inversely proportional to the reactant concentration?.These lines are also given in NCERT...Quite confused with this help me out guys .I have also attached the pic of NCERT paragraph

equilibrium constant is a constant its value doesnt change, it only depends on temperature when we change the concentrations of reactants of products, unki aapas me values change hoti hain taaki vo wapis se equilibrium me aa paaye

Both of you are absolutely right. The equilibrium constant is calculated based on concentrations and stoichiometric coefficients of products and reactants. BUT it is a fixed value at a given temperature as it is the ratio of forward to backward rate (law of mass action).
