Reverse bowden easy to push hard to pull
I’ve got an issue with my filament being really hard to pull at the extruder end but oddly it’s freely moving if I push it from the spool end?!
It runs from a dry box above my printer down through a BTT SFSv2.0 filament sensor and then into the electronics bay and up through the wire loom hole.
I use PTFE with 4mm OD and 2.5mm ID but I’ve tried larger and smaller IDs with no change.
Has anyone else experienced this?!

Random clogging?
I'm getting this random behaviour in my prints all of a sudden - I've tried doing all my usual de-clogging techniques but it still does it; is this a clog like I think or could it be something else causing it? 🤔
Also, bonus points if you can tell me why my part cooling fan has randomly started firing up and down for no apparent reason... I've checked the cable and it doesn't appear to be loose/have an intermittent connection...

Heater extruder not heating at expected rate
My printer stopped about 8 hours into a print with this error and my Rapido UHF hotend doesn't appear to heat up any more. I checked the thermistor with a heat gun and it appears work correctly. I measured 24v going into the heat block when it tries to heat up. I expect I over-tightened the nozzle last time I fitted it; would the logical step be to order a new heater block kit? Thanks 🙏

First layer issues on travel
Hi, I’ve been printing fine on a 0.4mm nozzle and also switching to 0.6mm has been great. Now I’ve moved to a 0.3mm nozzle however I’ve got issues on my first layer when the print head finishes a perimeter and moves to the next it’s not clean. I’ve tried lower/higher temps, different z offsets and configured the pressure advance. Not sure what to try next, could this be retraction related? Extrusion multiplier? Bit lost, any suggestions appreciated!

Nozzle clogs during filament change
Hey folks 👋 I recently swapped my 0.4 nozzle to 0.6 volcano my rapido UHF hot end. Ever since I’ve had occasional issues during filament change; maybe 1 in 3 ends up with a clog in the nozzle. The filament unloads but I can’t feed the new filament through. Using a needle through the nozzle doesn’t unclog it I have to drop the hotend and use a needle in the top, I usually get a ball of filament out on the end of the needle then I’m all good, but doing this mid print is no fun!
The only difference I’ve noticed is when I unload the old filament it comes out fairly clean, so no blob on the end. I’m fairly sure when I get a clean change with no clog the old filament comes out with a small glob on the end.
Any ideas? I unload using the RatOS macro at printing temp (so 250 for my PETG). Thanks 🙏
