Heater extruder not heating at expected rate

My printer stopped about 8 hours into a print with this error and my Rapido UHF hotend doesn't appear to heat up any more. I checked the thermistor with a heat gun and it appears work correctly. I measured 24v going into the heat block when it tries to heat up. I expect I over-tightened the nozzle last time I fitted it; would the logical step be to order a new heater block kit? Thanks πŸ™

I tried putting 24v through the hotend from a bench PSU and it only seems to pull 0.01amps so I guess it’s toast. Next question - I bought the standard vcore 3.1 kit which I think came with a rapido UHF hotend - can I put the rapido plus UHF heater block kit in it or is that not going to be compatible? Not sure what the difference between plus and regular is

yes...just validate you have the temp sensor type correct for the new heat block in printer.cfg
