Knocking hotend off track
Nozzle might be damaged? If the tip is not flat or the hole is not round it could pick up filament or drag some along with it.

Knocking hotend off track
You obviously have some warping/extrusion/retraction issues. But it also looks like your part is printed on a raft instead of a brim, and the raft is only one layer and monotonic. That's going to reduce bed adhesion quite a lot...

Knocking hotend off track
Your first sentence doesn't make sense. "...the hotend is knocked over by the nozzle" The nozzle is on the end of the hotend it's screwed into the hotend. It can't knock it over... Did you mean the part is getting knocked over by the hotend hitting it?

T0 is not valid for macro
T0 command is only used for multi tool printers. You have installed the wrong firmware or added some mods.

Pitting after switching to 0.6mm nozzle
It will report a lower temperature than the hotend is actually at. And it will change randomly which will cause the pid controller to malfunction.

If it's rapido 2.0 maybe your temp sensor is not screwed in properly?

Newly built V-Core, ringing like crazy
I mean you won't get it printing fast without artifacts unless you do input shaping. Otherwise print at 60mm/s 😛

Curling issues on my V-Minion
Ah yes. I am using superslicer and superslicer has this parameter defined in reverse. I.e. the time below which the cooling fan goes even higher than the default value you define in the section above. Short layer time = more cooling.

Weird. Maybe I'm misunderstanding this setting then? In superslicer this whole section has a different title "very short layer time - begin to decrease extrusion rate"

If that's already at 100% then you have to slow down the print or upgrade your part cooling fan hardware (to a CPAP blower)

Should be in the filament settings tab in the slicer under "cooling".

But yea, faster can lead to the viscosity of the extruded plastic causing the nozzle to drag material and pull it out of position on corners and curves when it's an overhang and there is less contact between layers for adhesion.

The reason this works is the same as increasing cooling. Cooling is time bound. So if you print slower you can make it work with lower air flow for part cooling.
