Deleted Facebook account
After meeting the unlinking requirements, you must wait 7 days to get your account unlinked. You won't be able to unlink the Facebook account even if you have it deleted.

The message indicates that you cannot simply enter your email/phone number and password when logging in in a different country or region, even if the credential is correct. Please note that it is against PUBG MOBILE Terms of Service for a game account to be used or shared by more than a person.

Ban History
Account trading (including buying & selling) and sharing is not allowed in the game as it's mentioned in PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please note that Customer Service cannot help you if you fall into a scam. In addition, you cannot check the ban history by yourself. Contact Customer Service if you need help with issues related to bans or other violations.
