Im bouta to buy new account how do i know if it ever got ban before? Like is there any ban history i check it? Cuz my previous acc had been banned before and I couldn’t play star challenge

Please be advised that trading, leading or sharing of game accounts are against the terms of service of PUBG MOBILE. Therefore, you are prohibited to purchase a game account from anyone. You can create your new game account if you want to play the game.

Account trading (including buying & selling) and sharing is not allowed in the game as it's mentioned in PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please note that Customer Service cannot help you if you fall into a scam.
In addition, you cannot check the ban history by yourself. Contact Customer Service if you need help with issues related to bans or other violations.

Sharing or trading of game accounts is not allowed, and it is against PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please contact the in-game customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification, and wait patiently for a response.
