I have lost my account during year 2020 Because of my Facebook account got hacked and i lost it even that time i tried to change facebook account password and but nothing worked and they deleted all the information about Facebook account, at that time i didn't know how get back account process of account recovery so i was so late and I am sorry that So i just get back with account recovery all process few days early
First i tried with my current device but i got rejected many times then i know about the primary device thing
I even never shared my account with anyone facebook or pubg
I also tried with customer support but they help i think something but in the end i just got repeated mails
Then i get back with the my primary device but that device is old so somehow i managed to get the game in that device but
When i tried to open the
Login Page >>> Help >>> Account Problem >>> Acount Recovery
But everytime it just shows me the dark blank screen
I Also tried to repair game and reinstall it but nothing worked
i even tried with the open in browser but by rules you can only claim through the in game so
Now i have no way to go
I have all the information about my account , i even have my primary device which i lost my account in , device model numbers , i am playing from season 2 so i have very old profile screenshot of mine and many other screenshot that i can completely assure that above mentioned account is mine.
I am just won't be able to make claim from my primary device because is old game is running somehow in it
So please is there any officials here that i can give all information and relink my account to different email address
All your help would be a more than anything If you find anything suspicious in this message but just talk to me and just see how much information I have about my account that can give you all things need to trust me

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

You can use a different device to contact the in-game customer service.
But they said i am claiming from less used devices even i have given the right model number
If your issue is not resolved after contact the in-game customer service, you can submit a report through the official support subreddit.
In game service said the same as you
I tried in reddit but no one answered yet
You will have to wait patiently for a response from them.
