LOD Fade - causing lag-spikes
I mean.. yess... but does that mean that if I want to play with DH fade I would absolutely need to reduce DH Lod quality or render distance? is DH Fade really that heavy on the GPU?

I do not have knowledge about shaders and stuff, but I know DH Fade is a shader, now I imagine that the problem might have to do with the Fade shader using too much vram? more than my poor gpu has. Idk. Anybody who's got knowledge on the topic please correct my (likely wrong) hypothesis

At least, if somebody posts a bug report, we know it probably has to do with the fade pass and [probably] the flywheel mod

Apparently that time the 'flywheel' mod was causing the issue.
And checking your log I think you are also using it

Also, DH doesn't need Chunky to generate LODs. Ofc you're free to use it if you want to pregen vanilla chunks as well for MC to load them faster

[DH 2.1.2-a] Weird blur on LODs
That's SSAO, you can change its values or disable it in DH's config
