Break Fresh Move resource pack and miobs, item became red color
Is there any way to resolve this error. Mobs, even items in hand, turn red. The Fresh Move resource pack also failed

Does it only happen if you have a tree or mob behind the player because I was noticing when it was grass behind it was normal?
For example, if I hold shield in my hand, it will turn red. Mobs too
I searched and found a similar case before
it would be helpful if you could find out what mod is causing it, as we dont know now

Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.

Either wait for the binary search or I could compare mod lists and see if they have the same mod

At some point I may try binary, but I have other things to do
DH settings -> Advanced Options -> Graphics -> Render Quality
Set "Vanilla Fade Mode" to single pass or none. On higher quality presets this value changes to double pass, which renders almost all entities red (tested on DH 2.3.0)

The red bug is hard to trigger in the first place so it is not a proof though

I did another test and it turns out the hand indeed gets red at single pass, but when I set that value to none, it got fixed. It's not a proper fix, but as a temporary solution it should work. In my case the red shading appears when the camera is pointing up or down with single or double pass being set.
Well... I switched to 2.3 for the blending, so I will just leave with it for now
A #bug-report post should probably be made

Apparently that time the 'flywheel' mod was causing the issue.
And checking your log I think you are also using it
At least, if somebody posts a bug report, we know it probably has to do with the fade pass and [probably] the flywheel mod

it seems that on the client when loading all mods including mods that integrate resource packs, single resource packs like Fresh Animation, Fresh Move, etc are broken

Unless you also include integrated fabric resources
If so the fabric loader itself would already be broken as it adds 1 arrow in the GUI
