Can anyone from Railway tell me how to switch to the automatic payment plan?
OK, Brody. To follow on from what the previous thread you rudely shut down before I was done asking my other follow-up questions (which is allowed)…
“1.” is a given. “2.” was not. That “relevant message” is not relevant to the latest question I asked about switching to the auto-payment. I would expect that people on support would be knowledgeable about that sort of thing which is why I asked to find someone who knows. What I’m basically getting from you is that there is no one on Discord who can offer proper support because none of you know anything about how to switch plans, which is what the migration from Developer to Hobby is about.

How do I get a refund?
Hi.
I tried to switch to the Hobby plan, but it says I need $10 credit to do that. I have $9. I went to add credits and I can only add a minimum of $10. The $1 I need is gonna cost me $10, but I don’t need that much on the account. I will never need that much on the account.
If you don’t allow me to just add the $1 I need, I’ll need a refund of the $9 since I’m not going to be able to access anything from tomorrow, so there will be nothing that the $9 will be paying for.

Payment issues...
I've tried contacting you via email after one of your reps asked me to try again, but it's radio silence. Let's see if I get a reply here...
I have been trying two months in a row now to upgrade to the Dev plan. My card is a US-based bank card but is associated with my UK address, meaning I need to input a postcode, not a ZIP code. Your rep said there was an update where you changed the nomenclature, but that doesn't solve my problem. Your payment UI recognises the card number as US-based and will only accept a ZIP code. If it would accept a general "postal code" (i.e., more formats than just the one it thinks relates to the card number entered), that would be great! All bases covered! But it doesn't.
This is now causing delays in work for my team because what they need to access has been removed from deployment. I did reach out to you in plenty of time to prevent this very thing, but as I've said, you've not replied to a single one of those subsequent emails.
You could at least give me some way to work around it until you can sort it.
