I wasn’t the one who got an attitude. Brody did which is why I questioned his relationship to Railway. The way he “spoke” was very unprofessional and sounded to me like someone who just picked up the thread and was trying help and then got snarky. That’s why I asked for someone who knew how to switch to the auto plan which he said he didn’t. In the middle of typing a follow-up question, he shut the thread down. Very rude and unprofessional.

How do I get a refund?

Look. I need someone who can help. If that’s not you, please pass me to someone who can. If going to the auto-payment plan would work and you don’t know how to help do that, find someone who knows.

No. It just says “Billing information” with an “Update information” link and an empty “Invoice history” area. That’s it.
