Any recommendations for selvege denim that does *NOT* fade?

What brands do you recommend? I've been getting selvege denim jeans from bonobos, which look nice and have a wide range of sizes, which is helpful for me, but I end up replacing them once every year or two. I think I take pretty good care of them (don't wash super often), air dry, etc.

I guess the flip side of the question is: if you want a dark wash denim jean, what do you do? Do you just buy a new one every year or so? Ideally, I'd like my clothes to last longer than that.
