Belt tension - starting point - Vcore 3.0 , with updated toolhead
What is a good starting tension for the belts ? Like a bass guitar sting, or looser? First time round I get squeaky sounds from the motor cages, and a unwillingness to move..

Klipper reports SHUTDOWN : verify_heater. ##Urgent##
This error is driving me nuts. I have 4-5 models , printed to 10-20% I have a 6-7 day print that I need urgent. After 12-36 Hours this error appears. * "Klipper reports: SHUTDOWN  Heater extruder not heating at expected rate See the 'verify_heater' section in docs/Config_Reference.md* " Spec: V-core 3 Octopus pro board Phaetus Rapido HCT Klipper updated Sliced on OrcaPrint I can see from the log that: The first hours the extruder target and temp are all good. Then after a number of hours, the extruder is not reacting to the applied PWM signal. First by a few degrees, then finally 20-30 degrees, and failure. (Log attached) I have three likely culprits: - Driver on Octopus pro - Cable to heater - Heater Does anyone have experience ??? Ideas ?? Thank you ! This model is going on show early May Tor

Controller fan on Octopus Pro 446, config . Help please
Hi all To increase print speed I have connected two fans to the OctoPro board. I borrowed this code : Controller fan control [multi_pin controller_fan_pins] pins: PD12, PD13 pins: PD12, PD13 [controller_fan control_fan] Controller fan - FAN2 & FAN3 pin: multi_pin: controller_fan_pins max_power: 1.0 kick_start_time: 0.5 stepper: extruder But I get this error : Klipper reports: ERROR pin PD12 is an alias for fan_controller_board_pin Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the "RESTART" command to reload the config and restart the host software. Printer is halted I am clearly messing with something that could be solved much simpler.... Thanks in advance Thor
