“Support teams” lack of “support” is getting old…
Thanksgiving day in America, Thursday, I was banned for a week by PUBG Mobile after lagging out of a match and trying to log back in only to find my account was banned for a week for “modifying and coding” the game… I’ve NEVER in my 6 loyal years of playing this game have used a single cheat and in fact any time I’ve ever seen one, it was an immediate report from my end. As someone who has grinded for countless hours trying to get conqueror, trying to become a streamer, trying to find ways to keep the game I started as a young kid fun for me going forward and I’ve NEVER thought about actually retiring or quitting this game until now. I’ve reached out to PUBG mobile support about this, I’ve made an in-game claim, and I’ve even came in here previously making a question in which they gave me the actual email address to contact. Nothing works, they don’t care, and I promise you they’ll never take your word. I’ve sent/added so many screenshots, videos of gameplay etc. to these emails and they do not care. Their faulty (obviously faulty) bot system is more reliable than a video of someone playing the game who’s supposedly using “mods and codes” for the game…
Usually I look at these bans like a glitch, and just something to get over and wait out on. But enough is enough, if it happens again and I get banned, it’ll be for 10 years. I do not want to lose my account I’ve had since the beginning of PUBG mobile for 10 years after the amounts of money and time I’ve put into it..
This season I started grinding for conqueror again, I made it to Ace 16 Dominator and was ranked top 450-750 everyday of the last couple of weeks until I was banned. It’s sort of a complete slap in the face. I’ve worked so hard to get to where I’m at in this game today, and do not want my progress deleted by a bot system that will ban you for lagging out of a team death match, thinking you’re using mods. And then in their accounts banned section on the website it says something about “Suspicious activity” which I thought could be part of the lag issue as well, but mostly Because you matched me up against a bunch of bronze tier level players in a TDM match with my conqueror friends and It’s easy to win games when you’ve played the game much longer than they have.
This is super unfair and I have no idea how to get this to stop happening as the PUBG mobile support does not help me at all with the emails I’ve sent, obviously refuse to revoke the ban, and even the filed claim I made will end up being declined because they’ve never been accepted when I’ve tried.
My conqueror grind is ruined once again by this lag ban issue, and I’m starting to lose love and motivation for the game, as I’m sure others who have also posted to this thread have as well.
If there’s anyway someone can help me out, and actually help me out, please do. I do not want to lose this account, even if I was to stop playing or not. 🙏
