Claim Unsuccessful, wtf do i do now?
My PUBG Mobile account was banned after “modifying” the game code. After making a claim which seems like never works in the first place, my claim was unsuccessful of course. I’ve reached out to PUBG mobiles email support and wondering if there’s any way they even take the consideration of lifting a ban in the first place.
Not only have I never hacked or modded a game in my life… I never liked cheaters and I’m glad that there’s some sort of security in place. However, I’ve not cheated and honestly thought this was just a big mistake that’s been happening to me for months.
The first time I was banned for a week, I made an email claim stating with evidence and videos (of my phone settings, phone apps etc.) and they never did send anything back. I was hoping they would lift the ban so that the 10 year ban wasn’t next in line because I knew it would happen again. I’ve reached out on here about this issue, I’ve reached out to the emails, made claims, etc. I do not understand why I can’t get the help I’m needing. Once again, I’ve never cheated, I hate cheaters, and there’s no reason I would waste a 6 year account with thousands of dollars on it for cheating on a game. I have too many in game friends that I loved playing with and made connections with through clans, recruiting team ups, etc.
I’ve threatened to go legal ways with the is for days now, and I’m about on thin ice with the mobile support. I’ve not had a good experience at all, and this is how they treat 6 year vets who’ve not only helped keep the game fair with my own reports, but also refuse to play with anyone that’s cheating.
I’ve recently started a new TikTok page, and YouTube channel where I was going to start posting content, this ban issue is doing nothing but holding me back from doing that and has cut off a lot of friendships and relationships I’ve had with my friends on PUBG mobile.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....

have you tried to appeal through tencent's form?
Is there a link to it you could send me? It would be much appreciated.
I’ve contacted them through their email but they’ll send me an email saying go through the ingame support, which just decline my claims. Running out of hope.
