Account Ban Issue

I'm writing on behalf of @Lequity and myself regarding the unfair ban on his account for teaming up with cheaters, after my account was banned for supposed “cheating”. I can assure you that neither of us cheated. We have always played fair and followed the game's rules. I have in-game video proof that shows we weren't using any cheats. I’ve uploaded the videos and images to the claim i made through game. The bans are not just affecting us, but also a lot of friends and our gaming experience. We've invested a lot of time and effort into PUBG Mobile, and these bans are a real blow to our enjoyment of the game. Please take a look at the video evidence and reconsider these bans. I'm confident you'll see that this whole situation is a misunderstanding. We just want to get back to playing the game we love without these false accusations hanging over us. Thanks for your understanding and help quickly in resolving this matter.

Pretty sure I might’ve been as well. I woke up after barely 5 hours of sleep, went to open the app and I was logged out. As soon as I went to log back in it told me I’d been banned for 10 years. And before I thought the bot system was perfect. What’s happened today has certainly got me to question it. In my opinion the systems inconsistent, every small false reports by mad individuals must be able to get you banned today. Knowing the countless hours and time I’ve put into the game to get better and rank up, and the money I’ve spent to support the game, it’s really frustrating. I’ve got clips that were supposed to be good clips, of me getting killed. Literally can’t make it up and like you said it feels like they don’t care. Game went from a great community that I really enjoyed for 7 years yesterday to feeling like a complete scam today. 10 years without warning, without justification, anything. Like I said frustrating is an understatement.

Same thing happened to me. I was playing until 4am last night and when I woke up to get back on my account was banned. About to make a claim as we speak and provide tons of evidence. No warning, not a 3 day ban, not a 7 day ban… I got banned for 10 years straight up. I’ve never known PUBG mobile to help their customers out either. Frustrating is an understatement.

Is there a link to it you could send me? It would be much appreciated. I’ve contacted them through their email but they’ll send me an email saying go through the ingame support, which just decline my claims. Running out of hope.

@Quendi this is still unanswered, you’re quick actions to stop me from responding in MY QUESTIONS are showing everyone the lack of support PUBG Mobile truly has. This is not unanswered, infact it’s went unanswered for YEARS EVEN AFTER I DO WHAT YOU SAID AND CONTACT PUBG MOBILES SUPPORT TEAM. “PLEASE RESTRAIN FROM ASKING THE SAME QUESTIONS” THIS IS THE SAME QUESTION BECAUSE ITS UNSOLVED. I’m definitely filing lawsuits after this. This is straight up ridiculous and there’s been far too many victims that’s had to suffer from you guys lack of support and uncaring behavior. Goodluck

Why am I not conqueror?

Yeah, and they banned me for 3 days, once again. Ridiculous system. This is the 2nd time during the grind, and Ive done nothing wrong (I camp a lot anyway) . They ban me and not the people who are obviously cheating 🤦‍♂️

Why am I not conqueror?

I know I ended a match at like 00:14, got too 450-500 and I searched it and it said it would reset at around 00:20, so I waited it out and restarted my game and there was nothing. Hoping today with me being top 350 now it’ll give it to me.

I really don’t know what to do and I’m afraid my account will be lost due to this problem being repetitive. Every time I’ve filed claims about the same problem it’s always declining my claims. I can take screenshots, send videos, even have witnesses to say I have not used any exploits or cheats playing PUBG. I’ve been a player for 6 years, I come back after a couple years off and just recently this has started happening more frequently than normal. I used to get banned for lagging a while ago but it never banned me for a week, it was always 10 minutes or at most a day. I’m confused why it’s a week, and why it keeps happening. I don’t know if there’s any way to revoke this or not.
