I cant authorize nor remove devices from my account
someone logged in, messed with my account, i stayed logged in for the amount of days needed to remove and authorize accounts, when i try to, it says its not a secured environment. help?

Are you using the same device you were using when you were logged in for 15 days?

Well im not a moderator or part of the support teams by no means but I’ll try to help.
If you have an email associated with the account try to check your email in case they’ve sent you something about verifying. I know when I went out of town for vacation I logged in and it said I needed to verify my location and device. It could be possible that it needs you to verify your device in order to remove the other device. If that makes sense.
